### sec.31 Protection of graffiti removal officers and helpers from civil liability
A graffiti removal officer, and any helper, are not civilly liable to someone for an act done, or omission made, honestly and without negligence under this part.
If subsection (1) prevents a civil liability attaching to the officer or a helper of the officer, the liability attaches instead to—
if the officer is a State graffiti removal officer—the State; or
if the officer is a local graffiti removal officer—the local government that appointed the officer.

(sec.31-ssec.1) A graffiti removal officer, and any helper, are not civilly liable to someone for an act done, or omission made, honestly and without negligence under this part.
