### sec.10D Defence for s 10C For section 10C (1) and (2) , it is a defence for the person to prove— the person engaged in the conduct that is alleged to constitute the offence for a genuine artistic, educational, legal or law enforcement purpose; and the person’s conduct was, in the circumstances, reasonable for that purpose. s 10D ins 2016 No. 62 s 398 - (a) the person engaged in the conduct that is alleged to constitute the offence for a genuine artistic, educational, legal or law enforcement purpose; and - (b) the person’s conduct was, in the circumstances, reasonable for that purpose.
