### sec.74A Enforcement of Land Court decisions This section applies if the Land Court makes an order under this part. The registrar of the Land Court must give a copy of the order to the registrar of the Supreme Court who must file it in the Supreme Court registry. On filing, the order is enforceable as if it were an order of the Supreme Court. s 74A ins 2008 No. 22 s 26 (sec.74A-ssec.1) This section applies if the Land Court makes an order under this part. (sec.74A-ssec.2) The registrar of the Land Court must give a copy of the order to the registrar of the Supreme Court who must file it in the Supreme Court registry. (sec.74A-ssec.3) On filing, the order is enforceable as if it were an order of the Supreme Court.
