### sec.33 Collective contract
A collective contract is a supply contract made between 2 or more growers (a group of growers ) and a mill owner.
Each grower in a group of growers must sign the collective contract.
A group of growers may appoint a bargaining representative to negotiate a collective contract on behalf of the group.
There may be more than 1 collective contract in force at the same time for a mill.
A grower may be a party to more than 1 collective contract.
