### sec.48 Provisions as to the number of personal representatives
A grant shall not be made to more than 4 persons at any one time and where a testator appoints more than 4 persons as executors the order of their entitlement to a grant shall be the order in which they are named.
This section shall apply to grants made after the commencement of this Act whether the testator or intestate died before or after such commencement.
