### sec.33YC Persons authorised to act in connection with international wills
In this division, the following persons are authorised to act in connection with an international will—
an Australian legal practitioner;
a public notary of a State;
a person authorised to act in connection with an international will under a law of a convention country.
In this section—
Australian legal practitioner see the Legal Profession Act 2007 , section 6 .
convention country means a country, other than Australia and its Territories, that is a party to the convention.

(sec.33YC-ssec.1) In this division, the following persons are authorised to act in connection with an international will— an Australian legal practitioner; a public notary of a State; a person authorised to act in connection with an international will under a law of a convention country.
(sec.33YC-ssec.2) In this section— Australian legal practitioner see the Legal Profession Act 2007 , section 6 . convention country means a country, other than Australia and its Territories, that is a party to the convention.
