### sec.33Y Recognition of statutory wills made by non-Queensland resident
A statutory will made under the law of the place outside Queensland where a deceased person was resident at the time the statutory will was executed is a valid will of the person.
In this section—
statutory will means a will executed in accordance with a statutory provision on behalf of a person who, at the time the will was executed, did not have testamentary capacity.

(sec.33Y-ssec.1) A statutory will made under the law of the place outside Queensland where a deceased person was resident at the time the statutory will was executed is a valid will of the person.
