### sec.33W Matters that are taken to be formal requirements This section applies if a particular law of a place outside Queensland is to be applied to a will, whether or not for the purpose of section 33T . The following requirements of the particular law are taken to be formal requirements only— a requirement that special formalities be complied with by particular testators; a requirement that the witnesses to the execution of a will have particular qualifications.
