### sec.33O Disposition of real estate or personal estate may include both in particular case A disposition of all, or the residue, of the estate of a testator that refers only to the real estate of the testator, or only to the personal estate of the testator, must be interpreted as referring to both the real and personal estate of the testator. Subsection (1) does not apply if a contrary intention appears in the will. s 33O ins 2006 No. 1 s 6 (sec.33O-ssec.1) A disposition of all, or the residue, of the estate of a testator that refers only to the real estate of the testator, or only to the personal estate of the testator, must be interpreted as referring to both the real and personal estate of the testator.
