### sec.14 Revised permit fee for changed stock route travel permit
This section applies if—
before the commencement, the holder of a stock route travel permit gave the issuing entity for the permit a notice under section 140 (2) of the Act ; and
the issuing entity issues a replacement permit under section 141 (3) of the Act from the commencement.
Subject to subsection (3), section 9 applies in relation to the permit fee for the stock route travel permit.
Section 9(5), definition revised permit fee applies as if the reference in the provision to the permit fee that would have been payable were a reference to the permit fee that would have been payable under section 17(1) and (5) and schedule 2, item 2 of the repealed regulation as in force immediately before the commencement.
(sec.14-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, the holder of a stock route travel permit gave the issuing entity for the permit a notice under section 140 (2) of the Act ; and the issuing entity issues a replacement permit under section 141 (3) of the Act from the commencement.
(sec.14-ssec.2) Subject to subsection (3), section 9 applies in relation to the permit fee for the stock route travel permit.
