### sec.338 Continuation of adopted stock route network management plans This section applies to a local government’s stock route network management plan if— the plan was adopted under former chapter 3, part 3 after the continued strategy took effect; and immediately before the commencement, the plan— was in effect; and complied with former section 107. The plan continues as the local government’s stock route network management plan under new section 105.
