### sec.317 Vesting of former authority’s pending legal proceedings This section applies to a legal proceeding that— was taken by or against a following entity before the commencement— the former authority; a member of the board of the former authority in the person’s capacity as a member of the former authority; and has not been finished before the commencement. From the commencement, the proceeding may be continued and finished by or against the rabbit board.
