### sec.312 Dissolution of former protection board On the commencement— the former protection board is dissolved; and the members of the board go out of office. No compensation is payable to a member because of subsection (1). (sec.312-ssec.1) On the commencement— the former protection board is dissolved; and the members of the board go out of office.
