### sec.284 Application of pt 4 This part applies if— an authorised person damages something when exercising, or purporting to exercise a power, under part 3 ; or a person acting under the direction or authority of an authorised person damages something. However, this part does not apply to damage the authorised person reasonably believes is trivial.
