### sec.280 Power to require information
This section applies if an authorised person reasonably believes—
an offence against this Act has been committed; and
a person may be able to give information about the offence.
The authorised person may, by notice given to the person, require the person to give information about the offence to the authorised person at a stated reasonable place and at a stated reasonable time.
(sec.280-ssec.1) This section applies if an authorised person reasonably believes— an offence against this Act has been committed; and a person may be able to give information about the offence.
(sec.280-ssec.2) The authorised person may, by notice given to the person, require the person to give information about the offence to the authorised person at a stated reasonable place and at a stated reasonable time.
- (a) an offence against this Act has been committed; and
- (b) a person may be able to give information about the offence.
