### sec.265 Failure to give information
A person required to give information under section 263 (3) (h) (ii) must comply with the requirement unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
A person has a reasonable excuse if complying with the requirement might tend to incriminate the person.
