### sec.262 Other powers relating to vehicles that may be entered
If an authorised person may enter a vehicle under this part, the authorised person may require the person in control of the vehicle—
to give the authorised person reasonable help to enter the vehicle; or
to bring the vehicle to a stated place and remain in control of the vehicle for a reasonable period to allow the authorised person to exercise a power under this part.
When making a requirement under subsection (1) , the authorised person must warn the person it is an offence to fail to comply with the requirement unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
A person must not, without reasonable excuse, fail to comply with the requirement.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
