### sec.182 Offences about using reserves for travelling stock
This section applies to a person in charge of travelling stock if the person travels the stock—
on a reserve for travelling stock for which there is an owner; or
on a part of the stock route network fenced in with land for which there is an owner.
At least 48 hours before entering the reserve or part of the network, the person must give notice of the intended entry to the owner.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
The owner must, unless the owner has a reasonable excuse—
allow the travelling stock to travel through or otherwise use the reserve or part of the network; and
ensure the owner’s stock do not interfere with the travelling stock’s travel through, or other use of, the reserve or part of the network.
