### sec.162 Travelling stock facilities
Subject to section 163 (1) (d) , a local government must maintain in good condition the travelling stock facilities on the stock route network in its area.
Also, if required by the Minister, the local government must supply the following on the network in its area—
travelling stock facilities;
water for travelling stock.

- (a) travelling stock facilities;
