### sec.159 Amounts payable by permit holder If the chief executive officer takes action under section 158 , the amount of the costs reasonably incurred in taking the action are a debt payable to the local government by the holder. If the holder does not pay the amount when it is payable, interest is payable on the overdue amount at the rate, and calculated in the way, prescribed under a regulation. s 159 amd 2004 No. 33 s 14 (sec.159-ssec.1) If the chief executive officer takes action under section 158 , the amount of the costs reasonably incurred in taking the action are a debt payable to the local government by the holder.
