### sec.143 Amending conditions
The holder of a stock route travel permit may ask the issuing entity to amend the permit conditions.
The request must be written and state—
the proposed amendment; and
the reasons for it.
The issuing entity must consider and decide whether to grant or refuse the application.
If the issuing entity decides to amend the conditions as requested, the entity must give the holder written notice of the amended conditions.
If the issuing entity refuses to amend the conditions, the entity must give the holder a review notice about the decision.
(sec.143-ssec.1) The holder of a stock route travel permit may ask the issuing entity to amend the permit conditions.
