### sec.141 Issuing replacement permit on notice of correct particulars
If a stock route travel permit holder gives the issuing entity a notice under section 140 (2) , the entity may, by written notice, require the holder to return the permit to the entity.
The holder must comply with the notice to return the permit unless the holder has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
On receiving the permit, the issuing entity must issue a replacement permit, showing the correct particulars, to the holder.
The issuing entity must give the chief executive a copy of each replacement permit it issues.
