### sec.115 Local government must publish, and make available for inspection, copy of plan A local government must— publish a copy of its stock route network management plan on its website; and keep an electronic copy of the plan available for inspection, free of charge, by the public at the local government’s public office. A reference in subsection (1) to a local government’s stock route network management plan includes a reference to the plan as amended or renewed from time to time under section 113 . s 115 sub 2023 No. 2 s 62 (sec.115-ssec.1) A local government must— publish a copy of its stock route network management plan on its website; and keep an electronic copy of the plan available for inspection, free of charge, by the public at the local government’s public office.
