### sec.113 Reviewing, amending and renewing plan
A local government may review, amend or renew its stock route network management plan as the chief executive officer of the local government considers appropriate.
However, the local government must review the effectiveness of the plan at least 3 months before the start of each financial year.
Also, if the chief executive notifies the local government of an amendment of the State stock route network management strategy under section 102 (4) , the local government must, within 1 year after receiving the notice—
review the plan; and
if necessary, amend the plan to ensure it is consistent with the amended strategy.
Further, if the chief executive notifies the local government of the renewal of the State stock route network management strategy under section 102 (4) , the local government must renew the plan within 1 year after the local government receives the notice.

(sec.113-ssec.1) A local government may review, amend or renew its stock route network management plan as the chief executive officer of the local government considers appropriate.
