### sec.105 Local governments to adopt stock route network management plan
A local government must, within 1 year after being notified of a State stock route network management strategy taking effect under section 100A , adopt a stock route network management plan for managing stock routes in its area.
The plan may include provision for the following—
identifying the part of the stock route network in the local government’s area;
achievable objectives under the plan;
strategies, activities and responsibilities for achieving the objectives;
strategies to inform the local community about the content of the plan and achievement of the plan’s objectives;
monitoring implementation of the plan and evaluating its effectiveness;
other matters the local government considers appropriate for management of the stock route network in its area.
The plan must be consistent with—
the principles of stock route network management; and
the State stock route network management strategy.

(sec.105-ssec.3) The plan must be consistent with— the principles of stock route network management; and the State stock route network management strategy.
- (a) identifying the part of the stock route network in the local government’s area;
- (b) achievable objectives under the plan;
- (c) strategies, activities and responsibilities for achieving the objectives;
- (d) strategies to inform the local community about the content of the plan and achievement of the plan’s objectives;
- (e) monitoring implementation of the plan and evaluating its effectiveness;
- (f) other matters the local government considers appropriate for management of the stock route network in its area.
