### sec.30A Reasonable cost etc. may be prescribed as fee
If a power is conferred by a law for a statutory instrument to be made with respect to a fee for doing a thing, the power includes a power to prescribe the fee as an amount—
that a specified person or body considers to be reasonable; and
that is not more than the reasonable cost of doing the thing.
