### sec.29 Statutory instrument may provide review
A statutory instrument may provide for the review of, or a right of appeal against, a decision made under—
the statutory instrument; or
the Act or other statutory instrument under which the statutory instrument is made or in force.
A statutory instrument that is a statutory rule may, for the purpose of subsection (1) , confer jurisdiction on any court, tribunal, person or body.
(sec.29-ssec.1) A statutory instrument may provide for the review of, or a right of appeal against, a decision made under— the statutory instrument; or the Act or other statutory instrument under which the statutory instrument is made or in force.
(sec.29-ssec.2) A statutory instrument that is a statutory rule may, for the purpose of subsection (1) , confer jurisdiction on any court, tribunal, person or body.
- (a) the statutory instrument; or
- (b) the Act or other statutory instrument under which the statutory instrument is made or in force.
