### sec.76 Delegations by Treasurer
The Treasurer may delegate the Treasurer’s powers under this Act to another Minister.
Also, the Treasurer may delegate the Treasurer’s powers under this Act to the chief executive of a department, other than the Treasurer’s power to give a guarantee under section 16 .

(sec.76-ssec.1) The Treasurer may delegate the Treasurer’s powers under this Act to another Minister.
