### sec.28 Way amounts collected by appointee are to be dealt with
The appointee must pay amounts collected under this division as follows—
firstly, in paying the costs and expenses of collecting the recovery amounts and the appointee’s remuneration;
secondly, in paying the Treasurer the recovery amounts;
thirdly, in paying the remainder to the statutory body.
