### sec.23 Treasurer entitled to recover guarantee amount, interest etc. The Treasurer is entitled, under this division, to recover from the statutory body— the guarantee amount; and interest on the guarantee amount at the rate prescribed under a regulation; and the costs and expenses of recovering the guarantee amount and interest. s 23 sub 1996 No. 54 s 4 - (a) the guarantee amount; and - (b) interest on the guarantee amount at the rate prescribed under a regulation; and - (c) the costs and expenses of recovering the guarantee amount and interest.
