### sec.31 Exclusion of other Acts On the recommendation of the Minister, the Governor in Council may, by order in council, declare that the provisions or specified provisions of an Act (other than this Act) specified in the order shall not apply in respect of the construction or operation of a particular people mover system identified in the order, whereupon for as long as the order remains in force the Act shall be construed as not applying to the system to the extent specified in the order.
