### sec.32 Repealed infringement notice offences under Water Regulation 2016 This section applies in relation to— the commission of an offence before the commencement against the Water Regulation 2016 , former section 110A(4) or (5) or 113(3); or the commission of an offence after the commencement against the Water Regulation 2016 , former section 113(3) as applying under section 165 of that regulation. Schedule 1, entry for the Water Regulation 2016 , as in force before the commencement continues to apply in relation to the offence as if the Water and Other Legislation Amendment Regulation 2024 had not been made. Subsection (2) does not limit the application of the Acts Interpretation Act 1954 , section 20.
