### sec.20 Delegation of prescribed functions For section 10C (3) of the Act , the registrar may delegate the following functions and powers to a service contractor— the powers and functions of the registrar under section 24 of the Act ; the powers and functions of the registrar under section 42 of the Act . - (a) the powers and functions of the registrar under section 24 of the Act ; - (b) the powers and functions of the registrar under section 42 of the Act .
