### sec.19AJ Decision on application
The registrar must consider the application and decide to grant or refuse the application.
The registrar may grant the application only if satisfied the applicant is eligible to be an approved sponsor under section 19AI .
The registrar may refuse to grant the application if satisfied—
the applicant has not provided all the relevant information for the application; or
the application contains false or misleading information.
If the registrar grants the application, the registrar may also impose the additional conditions the registrar considers reasonable and relevant.
In this section—
additional conditions means conditions other than the statutory conditions imposed under section 19AL .

(sec.19AJ-ssec.1) The registrar must consider the application and decide to grant or refuse the application.
(sec.19AJ-ssec.2) The registrar may grant the application only if satisfied the applicant is eligible to be an approved sponsor under section 19AI .
(sec.19AJ-ssec.3) The registrar may refuse to grant the application if satisfied— the applicant has not provided all the relevant information for the application; or the application contains false or misleading information.
(sec.19AJ-ssec.4) If the registrar grants the application, the registrar may also impose the additional conditions the registrar considers reasonable and relevant.
(sec.19AJ-ssec.5) In this section— additional conditions means conditions other than the statutory conditions imposed under section 19AL .
- (a) the applicant has not provided all the relevant information for the application; or
- (b) the application contains false or misleading information.
