### sec.11 Identifying particulars for alleged offender
This section does not apply to an infringement notice for an infringement notice offence involving a vehicle or animal.
For an infringement notice, the identifying particulars for an alleged offender are the following particulars in relation to the alleged offender—
colour of hair and eyes;
complexion;
height;
build;
other noticeable distinguishing marks or features.
(sec.11-ssec.1) This section does not apply to an infringement notice for an infringement notice offence involving a vehicle or animal.
(sec.11-ssec.2) For an infringement notice, the identifying particulars for an alleged offender are the following particulars in relation to the alleged offender— colour of hair and eyes; complexion; height; build; other noticeable distinguishing marks or features.
- (a) colour of hair and eyes;
- (b) complexion;
- (c) height;
- (d) build;
- (e) other noticeable distinguishing marks or features.
