### sec.69C Obligation to notify Treasurer of noncompliance This section applies if Suncorp becomes aware of an act or omission, or of a proposed act or omission, that is or would be inconsistent with an obligation under this part. Suncorp must immediately give the Treasurer written notice of the act or omission or of the proposed act or omission. s 69C ins 2024 No. 36 s 10 (sec.69C-ssec.1) This section applies if Suncorp becomes aware of an act or omission, or of a proposed act or omission, that is or would be inconsistent with an obligation under this part.
