### sec.31 Things done before commencement under particular directions for Act , ss 100 and 109 This section applies if, before the commencement, a thing was done under a direction given under a provision of the expired regulation (the former provision ) stated in column 1 of the table. In this section— direction means a direction for section 100 or 109 of the Act . expired regulation means the expired State Development and Public Works Organisation Regulation 2010 .
