### sec.28ZD Definitions for division In this division— project report means the report of October 2025, prepared by the Coordinator-General, called ‘Barlil Weir Project and Cooranga Weir Project – Investigation Works’ and published on the department’s website. project works means the works reasonably connected with, or incidental to, carrying out the works described in the project report as the Investigation Works. reserved works means the parts of the project works relating to securing access to land that, in the circumstances, can be carried out only with the exercise of a power the Coordinator-General may exercise under the Act for or in connection with works undertaken by the Coordinator-General.
