### sec.28N SunWater directed to undertake particular works within particular time— Act , ss 100 and 102
Subsection (2) is a direction for section 100 of the Act .
SunWater must undertake the project works.
For section 102 (a) of the Act , SunWater must complete the project works by 30 June 2024.
