### sec.28D Definitions for division In this division— Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service means the Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service as continued under the Hospital and Health Boards Regulation 2023 , section 4 . s 28D def Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service amd 2023 SL No. 100 s 57 Far North Queensland Health and Innovation Precinct project means the project of that name described in the project report. project report means the report of June 2021, prepared by the Coordinator-General, called ‘Far North Queensland Health and Innovation Precinct project’ and published on the department’s website. project works means the works reasonably connected with, or incidental to, the investigation, planning and construction of the Far North Queensland Health and Innovation Precinct project. reserved works , in relation to the project works, means the parts of the works that, in the circumstances, can be carried out only with the exercise of a power the Coordinator-General may exercise under the Act only for or in connection with works undertaken by the Coordinator-General. s 28D ins 2021 SL No. 101 s 3
