### sch.7-sec.1 Application of schedule This schedule applies in relation to— an infrastructure facility the subject of a request made before the commencement of the 2012 amendment regulation to the Coordinator-General seeking, for the infrastructure facility, the Governor in Council’s approval under former section 125 (1) (f) (ii) of the Act ; and an infrastructure facility approved under former section 125 (1) (f) (ii) of the Act . In this section— 2012 amendment regulation means the State Development and Public Works Organisation Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2012 . (sch.7-sec.1-ssec.1) This schedule applies in relation to— an infrastructure facility the subject of a request made before the commencement of the 2012 amendment regulation to the Coordinator-General seeking, for the infrastructure facility, the Governor in Council’s approval under former section 125 (1) (f) (ii) of the Act ; and an infrastructure facility approved under former section 125 (1) (f) (ii) of the Act .
