### sec.97 Hearing procedures
The procedure for hearing an appeal is to be in accordance with the rules of court applicable to the appeal or, if the rules make no provision or insufficient provision, in accordance with the judge constituting the court.
An appeal is by way of rehearing, unaffected by the decision appealed against.
