### sec.95 Appeals against decisions on compensation claims
A person who is dissatisfied with the Coordinator-General’s decision on a claim for compensation may appeal against the decision to the Planning and Environment Court.
An appeal must be started within 20 business days after the day notice of the decision is given to the person.
