### sec.88 Limitations on compensation under s 87 Despite section 87 , compensation is not payable— for a matter under this division if compensation has already been paid for the matter to a previous owner of the interest in land; or for anything done in contravention of this Act. s 88 ins 1999 No. 32 s 9 - (a) for a matter under this division if compensation has already been paid for the matter to a previous owner of the interest in land; or - (b) for anything done in contravention of this Act.
