### sec.76F When declaration ends
A declaration for a prescribed project ends on the later of the following—
2 years after the day the declaration is made;
if the declaration states a time for it to end—the stated time.
Before a declaration ends under subsection (1) , the Minister may, by gazette notice, extend the time when the declaration ends if satisfied the extension is necessary or desirable to achieve the purposes of this part.
However, the extension may not be for a period longer than the initial period of the declaration.

(sec.76F-ssec.1) A declaration for a prescribed project ends on the later of the following— 2 years after the day the declaration is made; if the declaration states a time for it to end—the stated time.
