### sec.76B How the purposes are to be primarily achieved
The purposes of this part are to be primarily achieved by making provision about the following—
the declaration of particular projects as prescribed projects;
the giving of notices to decide, progression notices and step in notices by the Coordinator-General;
the imposition of conditions for a prescribed decision that take account of, for example, the existence of a voluntary environmental agreement relating to the decision.
