### sec.71 Determination of application
The Governor in Council, having due regard to the application, any submissions made with respect thereto and any other matters submitted to the Minister by the Coordinator-General, shall, by gazette notice, determine whether the Governor in Council—
approves the application unconditionally; or
approves the application subject to conditions; or
refuses the application.
If the Governor in Council approves an application subject to conditions the Governor in Council shall at the same time determine and specify what those conditions are.

(sec.71-ssec.1) The Governor in Council, having due regard to the application, any submissions made with respect thereto and any other matters submitted to the Minister by the Coordinator-General, shall, by gazette notice, determine whether the Governor in Council— approves the application unconditionally; or approves the application subject to conditions; or refuses the application.
(sec.71-ssec.2) If the Governor in Council approves an application subject to conditions the Governor in Council shall at the same time determine and specify what those conditions are.

- (c) refuses the application.
