### sec.59 Preparation of plans In respect of each prescribed development the Coordinator-General shall prepare an infrastructure coordination plan. A plan required by subsection (1) — shall be prepared in such form and shall contain such matters as the Coordinator-General thinks appropriate; and shall be prepared in consultation with the appropriate officers of Queensland Treasury and with local bodies that in the Coordinator-General’s opinion are concerned with the prescribed development and with such other bodies and persons as the Coordinator-General thinks fit; and may identify means for financing and coordinating the provision of infrastructure for the prescribed development; and may include infrastructure requirements that are submitted to the Coordinator-General by a local body or other body or person for inclusion therein or that are included therein by the Coordinator-General of his or her own motion in addition to or in lieu of infrastructure requirements so submitted. s 59 ins 1981 No. 18 s 4 (sec.59-ssec.1) In respect of each prescribed development the Coordinator-General shall prepare an infrastructure coordination plan.
