### sec.54ZM Declarations
A person mentioned in section 54ZL (4) may start a proceeding in the Planning and Environment Court for a declaration about the lawfulness, under this part, of undertaking a coordinated project.
The Planning and Environment Court Act 2016 , section 11 applies to a proceeding started under this section as if it were a proceeding relating to the Planning Act .

(sec.54ZM-ssec.1) A person mentioned in section 54ZL (4) may start a proceeding in the Planning and Environment Court for a declaration about the lawfulness, under this part, of undertaking a coordinated project.
