### sec.54ZJC Deciding reinstatement request
The Coordinator-General must—
decide whether to approve or refuse the reinstatement request; and
give the proponent written notice of the decision, including the grounds for the decision.
In deciding the request, the Coordinator-General must consider the matters mentioned in section 54ZG (2) , (3) and (4) .
A decision under subsection (1) (a) must be made within 20 business days after the later of the following—
the day the Coordinator-General receives the reinstatement request;
the day the Coordinator-General receives any further information requested under section 54ZJB (2) .
If a decision is not made within the period mentioned in subsection (3) , the Coordinator-General is taken to have refused the reinstatement request the day after the period ends.
If the Coordinator-General approves the request, the cancellation or suspension ceases to have effect from the day notice of the decision is given under subsection (1) (b) .
